Asian Beef Soup

    Trimmed Rump Steak, Sliced Very Thinly
  • 2 tbsp
    Salt-Reduced Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger Puree
  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 150g
    green beans, trimmed & chopped
  • 1 bunch
    Baby Bok Choy, Trimmed, Chopped thinly
  • 1 cup (80g)
    bean sprouts

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 13 minutes
  1. In a large saucepan bring 2 cups (500ml) water to the boil. Break FUSIAN noodle cake into quarters; add to pan with beef flavour and vegetable garnish sachets. Cook for 2 minutes.

  2. Add an additional 1 cups (250 ml) boiling water, rump steak, soy sauce, ginger and brown sugar. Bring to the boil, simmer 3 minutes.

  3. Stir in beans and bok choy, simmer a further 1- 2 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Serve topped with bean sprouts and garnish with green onion and coriander, if desired.
