Now, remember stir fries cook very quickly so it’s important that you have all the ingredients on hand before you start cooking. A simple rule with stir frying is that you should always start with the largest or most dense items first as these will take the longest to cook. So with this stir fry, cook the prawn’s first, taking care not to overcook them as they quickly become rubbery. You can try a bit of multitasking here and cook the noodles – as per pack instructions – at the same time. Drain and add to the wok or frying pan with the prawns. To stop the noodles sticking keep stirring or moving the pan while adding oyster sauce, lime juice, sprouts and coriander.

Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat. Add onion, ginger, garlic and prawns; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until prawns start to brown.
Meanwhile cook MAGGI Hot & Spicy Fusian Noodles according to pkt instructions.
Add noodles, MAGGI Oyster Sauce , lime juice, snow pea sprouts and chopped coriander to prawn mixture. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
