Hearty Chicken Casserole

A fabulously good hearty dinner, with the slow cooker doing all the work so you have free time to finish homework with the kids.

Just Add

  • 500g
    Chicken thigh fillets, fat trimmed, cut into thirds
  • 1 large (200g)
    onion, sliced
  • 200g
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large (200g)
    carrot, sliced
  • 2 tbsp
    tomato paste

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 480 Minutes

  1. 1. Place onion, mushrooms, carrots and chicken in the slow cooker.

  2. 2. Pour combined tomato paste, 1/2 cup (125mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours, serve with cooked rice. Enjoy! (Cooking time may vary between slow cooker models)
