Creamy Chicken Curry
Fill the home with the fabulous aromas of creamy chicken curry, made easy when cooked in the slow cooker.
500gchicken thigh fillets, cut into three
1 large (200g)onion, sliced
1 large (400g)sweet potato, chopped
1/4 cup (60mL)tomato paste
1 small can (165mL)coconut milk
1/2 cup (125mL)Natural yogurt
How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 480 Minutes
Place onion, sweet potato and chicken in the slow cooker.
Pour combined tomato paste, coconut milk and MAGGI Recipe Base over chicken.Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Serve with steamed mixed vegetables and topped with yoghurt. Enjoy!
