Creamy Chicken Curry

Fill the home with the fabulous aromas of creamy chicken curry, made easy when cooked in the slow cooker.


Just Add

  • 500g
    chicken thigh fillets, cut into three
  • 1 large (200g)
    onion, sliced
  • 1 large (400g)
    sweet potato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60mL)
    tomato paste
  • 1 small can (165mL)
    coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup (125mL)
    Natural yogurt

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 480 Minutes

  1. Place onion, sweet potato and chicken in the slow cooker.

  2. Pour combined tomato paste, coconut milk and MAGGI Recipe Base over chicken.Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Serve with steamed mixed vegetables and topped with yoghurt. Enjoy!
