Cheesy Cauliflower Bake

  • 5 cups
    cauliflower florets
  • 1¼ cups (310mL)
    milk
  • ½ cup (60g)
    grated tasty cheese
  • 1 pkt

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 45 Minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Place cauliflower in shallow ovenproof dish. Combine milk with MAGGI Cheesy Cauliflower Bake Recipe Mix, pour over cauliflower, cover, bake 30 minutes.

  3. Remove lid, stir, sprinkle with cheese, bake uncovered further 10 - 15 minutes or until cauliflower is cooked.

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 12 Minutes

  1. Place cauliflower in shallow microwave-safe dish. Combine milk with MAGGI Recipe Base, pour over cauliflower, cover.  Microwave on HIGH 7 minutes, stir, sprinkle with cheese, cover.

  2. Microwave on HIGH further 5 minutes or until cauliflower is cooked.

  3. Stand 2 minutes, stir and serve.

  4. (Cooking time is for 850 watt microwave oven, use only as a guide)
