Maggi Brown Onion Gravy is a family favourite. Create this delicious gravy in one easy step, just add 3/4 cup of water and stir for your ideal gravy to compliment your roast.

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 0 Minutes | Cooking time: 2 Minutes

  1. Pour 3/4 cup (190mL) of boiling water into a jug.

  2. Add packet contents and stir quickly with a fork until smooth.

  3. Top up with boiling water to 1 cup (250mL).

  1. Combine packet contents with 1 cup (250mL) of cold water in a saucepan and mix well.

  2. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
