Tomato and Onion Sausages

Just Add

  • 8 (600g)
    Sausages
  • 1 x medium (150g)
    Onion, Sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60mL)
    Tomato sauce

How to Make

Serves: | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 60 Minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.

  2. Place sausages and onion in ovenproof dish.

  3. Add combined tomato sauce, 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) water and MAGGI Tomato & Onion Sausages Recipe Mix.

  4. Cover and bake 1 hour or until sausages are cooked, stir once during cooking. Serve.

Serves: | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in pan, brown sausages, drain oil.

  2. Add onion, cook 2 minutes.

  3. Add combined tomato sauce, 2 cups (500mL) water and MAGGI Tomato & Onion Sausages Recipe Mix. Bring to boil, stirring.

  4. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until sausages are cooked, stir occasionally. Serve.
