  • 1x med (150g)
    onion, sliced
  • ½ x (100g)
    red capsicum, sliced
  • 2 tbsp (40g)
    peanut butter
  • 1pkt

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 6 Minutes

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large pan or wok stir-fry chicken to brown, add onion and capsicum, stir-fry 2 minutes

  2. Add peanut butter and combined ¾ cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, stir-fry 1 minute until sauce thickens. Serve.
