Creamy Carbonara

Just Add

  • 250 g
    fettuccine
  • 175 g
    short rindless bacon rashers, chopped
  • 2 cups (140g)
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup (125mL)
    full fat milk

How to Make

Serves: | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 15 Minutes

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on packet; drain, keep warm

  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan, brown bacon and mushrooms, add combined milk, ½ cup (125mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to boil, stirring.

  3. Simmer 1 minute, stir in drained pasta.

  4. Serve with steamed vegetables or a garden salad
