Just Add

    lean minced beef
  • 1 large (200g)
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1
    400g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1pkt
    MAGGI Chilli Con Carne Recipe Base

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, brown beef, add onion, cook 2 minutes.

  2. Add tomatoes, beans, and combined ¾ cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to the boil, stirring.

  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stir occasionally.

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 1 Minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC/180°C

  2. Combine beef, onion and beans in ovenproof dish.

  3. Stir in combined tomatoes and MAGGI Chilli Con Carne Recipe Mix, cover.

  4. Bake 1 hour, stir once during cooking.
