Just Add

    skinless chicken fillet, cubed
  • 1pkt
    MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base
  • 20g
    butter
  • 1 medium (150g)
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60g)
    tomato paste
  • 2/3 cup (170mL)
    cream

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 15 Minutes

  1. Combine MAGGI Recipe Base with chicken, mix well, set aside for 6-8 minutes.

  2. Melt butter in pan, add prepared chicken, cook until lightly browned. Add onion, cook for 2 minutes, add tomato paste, cream and 1/4 cup (60mL) water to pan whilst stirring. Bring to boil.

  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STOCK POWDER: Sugar, Tomato Powder, Corn Starch, Garlic Powder, Iodised Salt, Vegetable Fat , Redbeet Concentrate, Flavours, Safflower Concentrate; SPICES: Ginger, Garam Masala, Chilli, Coriander, Fenugreek, Cumin, Turmeric, White Pepper, Mustard, Cardamon, Cloves.

Contains mustard.
