1 large (200g)onion, sliced
2 cups (140g)sliced mushrooms

How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, brown beef, add onions and mushrooms, cook 2 minutes.
Add combined 1 1/3 cup (330L) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to boil, stirring.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until beef is tender, stir through sour cream. Serve.

Preheat oven to 200ºC/180°C fan forced.
Place steak, onion and mushrooms in ovenproof dish.
Stir in combined ¾ cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Beef Stroganoff Recipe Base, cover.
Bake 45 minutes or until beef is tender, stir once during cooking.
Stir in sour cream and serve.
