How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 40 Minutes
Heat 2 tsp oil in pan, brown beef, add onion and mushrooms; cook 2 minutes. Add combined tomato paste and 1¼ cups (310mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to boil, stirring.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until beef is tender, stir occasionally. Serve

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Place beef, onion and mushrooms in ovenproof dish.
Add combined tomato paste and 1 cup (250mL) water and MAGGI recipe base. Cover and cook at 1½ hours or until beef is tender, stirring twice during cooking. Serve over potatoes.

Place blade steak, onion and mushrooms in slow cooker.
Add combined tomato paste 3/4 cup (190mL) water and Recipe Base.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. (Cooking time may vary between slow cooker models.
