500glean chicken thigh fillets, cut into three.
1 large (200g)onion, sliced
1 x 410gCan apricot halves or 400mL can apricot nectar

How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 40 Minutes
Drain apricots, reserving syrup. Make up to 1 cup (250mL) with water (Skip this step if using nectar).
Heat 2 tsp oil in pan, brown chicken, add onion, cook 2 minutes.
Add apricots, combined MAGGI Recipe base with reserved juice mixture OR apricot nectar with ½ cup (125mL) water. Bring to the boil stirring.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked, stir occasionally. Serve.

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Drain apricots, reserving ½ cup (125mL) of syrup (skip this step if using nectar).
Place chicken, onion and apricot halves (if using) in ovenproof dish. Add apricots and combined MAGGI Recipe base with reserved juice mixture OR apricot nectar, cover.
Cook 1½ hours or until the chicken is cooked, stirring twice during cooking. Serve over plain mash.

Place chicken, onion, and combined 125mL water and Recipe Base in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Add nectar or apricot halves and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Cooking time and results may vary between slow cooker models. This recipe base performs well in slow cookers with a capacity under 5L. When using slow cookers with a 5L or larger capacity, please double the quantity of all ingredients (including recipe base) for best results.
