Preparation

SIMPLY ADD

  • 500g Chicken thigh fillets fat trimmed (consider free range), cut into thirds
  • 1 large onion (200g), sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms (140g), sliced
  • 1 medium carrot (120g), sliced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

GET COOKING:

Serves: 4 | Preparation Time: 10 Minutes | Cooking Time 30 Minutes

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, brown chicken, add onion, mushrooms and carrot, cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add combined tomato paste, 1 cup (250mL) water, and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to the boil, stirring.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!

No need to add extra salt. Adapt the portion on your plate to suit the needs of your family
