- 500g Pork Shoulder, Trimmed Of Fat
- 1 can (400g) Red Kidney Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1/2 tsp Beef Stock Powder
- 1/4 cup (60mL) Tomato Sauce
- 12 Taco Shells
- 1 Iceberg Lettuce

Preparation
Slow Cooker
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 480 Minutes
- Place beans and pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
- Pour combined tomato sauce, 1/2 cup (125mL) water, MAGGI Recipe Base and beef stock powder over pork shoulder.Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Shred pork with 2 forks.. Serve pulled pork and beans with taco shells and sliced lettuce. Enjoy! (Cooking time may vary between slow cooker models)
