Preparation
Stove Top
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 6 Minutes
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in large pan or wok stir-fry chicken to brown, add onion and capsicum, stir-fry 2 minutes
- Add peanut butter and combined ¾ cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, stir-fry 1 minute until sauce thickens. Serve.
