MAGGI TERIYAKI BOWLS

Create Your Meal
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4

SIMPLY ADD:

  • Your Choice of Meat or Protein (500g)
  • We recommend lean beef strips
  • 6 Cups of Veggies (1 ½ cups per serve)
  • We like steamed broccoli cut into bite size pieces with thinly sliced red capsicum, cucumber and spring onion.
  • Serve with cooked brown rice & toasted sesame seeds

GET COOKING:

1. MARINATE: in a medium-sized bowl, combine Quick marinade and meat or protein of choice. Marinate for 5 minutes.

2. COOK: heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan over high heat. Fry marinated meat or protein for 5 minutes or until cooked through. While the meat or protein is cooking, steam broccoli for 2-3 minutes.

3. FINISH: Build your bowls with cooked brown rice, your favourite veggies and cooked meat or protein. Add the Drizzle as a dressing to each bowl and enjoy!
