Preparation

SIMPLY ADD

  • 500g skinless chicken breast (consider free range), thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion (150g), sliced
  • 1/2 red capsicum (100g), sliced
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (40g)

GET COOKING: PREP 10 mins | COOK 6 min

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan or wok; stir fry thinly sliced chicken until browned, add onion and capsicum cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix peanut butter with ¾ cup water (190mL) and MAGGI Recipe base in a jug until smooth. Add to the pan or wok, stir fry for 1 minute until sauce thickens. Enjoy!

No need to add extra salt.
