Preparation

Meat Night

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 1 medium onion (150g), chopped
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 200g corn chips
  • 1/2 cup cheese (60g), grated
  • 1/2 cup lite sour cream (120g)
  • Tip: For a gluten free meal, substitute with gluten free corn chips.

GET COOKING

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan; brown mince, add onion, cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
  2. Add combined tomatoes and MAGGI Recipe Base; bring to the boil, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Place corn chips on serving plate, spoon beef mixture into centre. Sprinkle with cheese, place under heated grill until cheese melts; top with sour cream. Enjoy!
  4. No need to add extra salt.

Veggie Night

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes

  • 400g can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 200g corn chips
  • 1/2 cup cheese (60g), grated
  • 1/2 cup lite sour cream (120g)

GET COOKING

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan; add onion, cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
