Preparation

SIMPLY ADD

  • 500g lean diced lamb
  • 1 large onion (200g), sliced
  • 1 medium carrot (120g), sliced
  • 1½ cup mushrooms (120g), quartered
  • ½ cup peas (60g)

GET COOKING:

STOVE:

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes | Cooking Time 45 Minutes

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, brown lamb. Add onion, carrot and mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add combined 1¼ cups (310mL) water, and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to the boil, stirring.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until lamb is tender, stirring occasionally. Add peas, simmer for 2 minutes. Enjoy!

OVEN:

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes | Cooking Time: 1½ Hours

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced.
  2. Place lamb, onion, carrot and mushrooms in ovenproof dish.
  3. Stir in combined 1¼ cups (310mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, cover.
  4. Bake for 1½ hours or until lamb is tender, stirring twice during cooking. Stir in peas for the last 5 minutes. Enjoy!

No need to add extra salt.
