Preparation
SIMPLY ADD
- 500g lean diced lamb
- 1 large onion (200g), sliced
- 1 medium carrot (120g), sliced
- 1½ cup mushrooms (120g), quartered
- ½ cup peas (60g)
GET COOKING:
STOVE:
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes | Cooking Time 45 Minutes
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, brown lamb. Add onion, carrot and mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add combined 1¼ cups (310mL) water, and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to the boil, stirring.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until lamb is tender, stirring occasionally. Add peas, simmer for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
OVEN:
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes | Cooking Time: 1½ Hours
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced.
- Place lamb, onion, carrot and mushrooms in ovenproof dish.
- Stir in combined 1¼ cups (310mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, cover.
- Bake for 1½ hours or until lamb is tender, stirring twice during cooking. Stir in peas for the last 5 minutes. Enjoy!
No need to add extra salt.
