Herbed French Style Roast Potatoes
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 16-20 Minutes
- 500g potatoes cut into wedges (see tip below)
- 2 tsp oil
HEAT: Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
COAT: Place potatoes in a plastic bag or container, add oil and shake. Add MAGGI Herbed French Roast Seasoned Coating and shake.
COOK: Transfer coated pieces to air fryer basket. Cook for a total of 16-20 minutes turning halfway through cooking, until golden and cooked through.
Tip – To cut a potato into wedges, cut into quarters, lengthways, and then cut each quarter lengthways again. This will give you 8 wedges from each potato.
