Preparation

Crunchy Southern Style Chicken

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 13 -15 minutes 

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 4 skinless, boneless, chicken thigh fillets (500g), trimmed, cut in halves
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Cooking oil spray

HEAT: Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 5 minutes.

COAT: Coat each chicken thigh half in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle with half the MAGGI Crunchy Southern Style Seasoned Coating, pat down coating firmly, turn over and repeat.

COOK: Spray air fryer basket with oil spray. Carefully transfer coated pieces to air fryer and spray with oil. Cook for 6-7 minutes, then turn and cook for another 7-8 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
