Crispy Salt and Pepper Chicken
PREP: 5 minutes | COOK: 7-8 minutes | SERVES: 4
- 4 skinless, boneless, chicken thigh fillets (500g), trimmed, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Cooking oil spray
HEAT: Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
COAT: Coat chicken pieces in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle with half the MAGGI Crispy Salt and Pepper Seasoned Coating, pat down coating firmly; turn over and repeat.
COOK: Spray air fryer basket with oil spray. Carefully transfer half the coated pieces to air fryer and spray with oil. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Tips: We recommend cooking this in two batches, so as not to overcrowd the basket. The chicken pieces will need to be spaced slightly apart in the air fryer basket; to allow for air circulation and best results. Depending on the size
of your air fryer, it may be possible to cook in one batch.
