Preparation for Air Fryer, Oven and Pan

Air Fryer

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 10 -12 minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 500g skinless, boneless, chicken thighs, trimmed (pat dry), sliced into 4 evenly sized pieces
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Cooking oil spray

HEAT: Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.

COAT: Coat chicken pieces in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle with half the MAGGI Crispy Japanese Style Seasoned Coating, pat down coating firmly, turn over and repeat.

COOK: Spray air fryer basket with oil spray. Carefully transfer coated pieces to air fryer and spray with oil. Cook for a total of 10-12 minutes turning halfway through cooking, until golden and cooked through.

Note: Cooking time may vary between air fryer sizes and models

Stove Top

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 14 Minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 500g skinless, boneless, chicken thighs, trimmed (pat dry), sliced into 4 evenly sized pieces
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp oil

COAT: Coat chicken pieces in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle with half the MAGGI Crispy Japanese Style Coating, pat down coating firmly, turn over and repeat, pressing coating on firmly.

COOK: Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated pieces, cook over low- medium heat for a total of 10-14 minutes; turning halfway through cooking, cook until browned lightly, and cooked through.

Oven

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 10-12 Minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 500g skinless, boneless, chicken thighs, trimmed (pat dry), sliced into 4 evenly sized pieces
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Cooking oil spray

HEAT: Preheat oven to 200 ºC fan forced/fan bake. Grease an oven safe cooling rack with cooking oil spray, then place on a lined oven tray.

COAT: Coat chicken pieces in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle with half the MAGGI Crispy Japanese Style Coating, pat down coating firmly, turn over and repeat, pressing coating on firmly.

COOK: Carefully transfer coated pieces to prepared wire rack. Cook for a total of 12-14 minutes turning halfway through cooking, or until golden and cooked through.
