Preparation

Preparation for Air Fryer, Oven and Pan

Air Fryer

Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 24 minutes | Serves: 4

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (500g) trimmed, sliced into 4 evenly sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

HEAT: Preheat air fryer to 200˚C for 5 minutes

COAT: Coat chicken pieces with oil. Place chicken and MAGGI Crispy Japanese Style Seasoning in a sealable bag or reusable container. Shake and toss to evenly coat the chicken pieces.

COOK: Place half the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer. Cook for 11-13 minutes or until cooked through. Repeat with remaining chicken.

(Note: Cooking time may vary between air fryer sizes and models)

Stove Top

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 14 Minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 4 skinless, boneless, chicken thighs (500g) trimmed, sliced into 4 evenly sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp oil

COAT: Coat chicken pieces with 1tbsp oil. Place chicken and MAGGI Crispy Japanese Style Seasoning in a sealable bag or reusable container. Shake and toss to evenly coat the chicken pieces.

COOK: Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated pieces, cook over low- medium heat for a total of 10-14 minutes; turning halfway through cooking, cook until browned lightly, and cooked through.

Oven

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 14 Minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 4 skinless, boneless, chicken thighs (500g) trimmed, sliced into 4 evenly sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Cooking oil spray

HEAT: Preheat oven to 200 ºC fan forced/fan bake. Grease an oven safe cooling rack with cooking oil spray, then place on a lined oven tray.

COAT: Coat chicken pieces with oil. Place chicken and MAGGI Crispy Japanese Style Seasoning in a sealable bag or reusable container. Shake and toss to evenly coat the chicken pieces.

COOK: Carefully transfer coated pieces to prepared wire rack. Cook for a total of 12-14 minutes turning halfway through cooking, or until golden and cooked through.
