Crispy Japanese Style Chicken
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 10 -12 minutes
- 500g skinless, boneless, chicken thighs, trimmed (pat dry), sliced into 4 evenly sized pieces
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Cooking oil spray
HEAT: Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
COAT: Coat chicken pieces in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle with half the MAGGI Crispy Japanese Style Seasoned Coating, pat down coating firmly, turn over and repeat.
COOK: Spray air fryer basket with oil spray. Carefully transfer coated pieces to air fryer and spray with oil. Cook for a total of 10-12 minutes turning halfway through cooking, until golden and cooked through.
