Preparation

Meat Night

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cooking time: 10 Minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 400g lean beef mince
  • 1 medium onion (150g), sliced
  • 3 cups cabbage (240g), sliced
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables (450g), sliced; we like broccoli, red capsicum, and carrot.
  • 1 pkt MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles

GET COOKING

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan or wok, add mince, cook for 2 minutes, add vegetables and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
  2. Combine 1 cup (250mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base; add to pan or wok, bring to the boil and stir through.
  3. Cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles according to directions on packet discarding flavour sachet, drain well and add to mince mixture; stir through and serve. Enjoy!
  4. No need to add extra salt.

Veggie Night
