Preparation

Meat Night

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 1 large onion (200g), chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 400g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

GET COOKING

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan; brown mince, add onion, cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
  2. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, beans, and combined ¾ cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to the boil, stirring.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
  4. No need to add extra salt.

Veggie Night

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
