  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1kg pumpkin, seeds removed and sliced into 12 pieces
  • 1/3 cup (65g) reduced fat Greek style fetta, crumbled


Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Grease and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl drizzle 2 tsp of olive oil over pumpkin and sprinkle with MAGGI Recipe Base, toss to coat.
  3. Place pumpkin on baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Add fetta and bake for a further 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Tip: Add fresh sage leaves, walnuts for extra crunch and a drizzle of olive oil.
