  • 1/3 glass (80mL)
    Red wine
  • 1/2 cup (125mL)
    lite cream
  • 3 cups (60g)
    baby spinach
  • 1 cup (200g)
    quinoa
  • 1/4 cup (20g)
    parmesan, grated

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 25 Minutes

  1. Prepare quinoa according to directions on pack.

  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a large frying pan, add onion and mushrooms, leave to cook for 5 mins without stirring, add red wine and stir; cook for 2 mins or until wine has almost evaporated.

  3. Add in combined lite cream with MAGGI Recipe Mix, and 1/2 cup (125mL) water to pan, cook for 10 mins or until sauce has thickened; stir through baby spinach. Serve quinoa with Mushroom Ragu and top with parmesan.
