Meat free Monday made easy! MAGGI Marketplace Red Wine & Mushroom Ragu with Quinoa Recipe Base is made with natural ingredients and real herbs and spices. Seasoned with toasted onions, parsley and oregano it’s perfectly balanced and great tasting everytime.

1Onion, finely chopped
500gMixed mushrooms, sliced
1/3 glass (80mL)Red wine
1/2 cup (125mL)lite cream
3 cups (60g)baby spinach
1 cup (200g)quinoa
1/4 cup (20g)parmesan, grated
How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 25 Minutes
Prepare quinoa according to directions on pack.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a large frying pan, add onion and mushrooms, leave to cook for 5 mins without stirring, add red wine and stir; cook for 2 mins or until wine has almost evaporated.
Add in combined lite cream with MAGGI Recipe Mix, and 1/2 cup (125mL) water to pan, cook for 10 mins or until sauce has thickened; stir through baby spinach. Serve quinoa with Mushroom Ragu and top with parmesan.
