Get the kids helping with a freshly prepared dessert tonight with our delicious homemade jelly recipe!
2 cups (500mL) low sugar fruit juice
2 tsp gelatine
1 cup (150g) of your favourite fruit
1. Place ½ cup (125mL) fruit juice in a small saucepan; bring to boil, remove from heat add gelatine, whisk until dissolved. Pour into a bowl or mould with rest of juice and fruit.
2. Place in the refrigerator and chill until set.
Preparation time – 10 minutes
Setting time – 4 hours or overnight
