Non-stick fry pans and woks

Non-stick fry pans and woks

Stir frying with a non-stick wok or fry pan really does make the whole cooking process easier – and better still it means you can use less oil.

Whether you’re using a wok or a fry pan to cook your stir fry, a non-stick surface does give you a little more freedom to cook your meat how you usually would.

The non-stick surface allows for a little less precision when it comes to timing your stirs and moving your food around.  The food will more naturally separate from the surface of the pan – and you’ll need less oil to do it.

We think they’re a great help to any stir fry!
