Here’s a great tip for a perfect shaped burger.

TIP 1 Split 500g of seasoned lean mince into 4 portions

TIP 2 Use a cookie cutter to shape the mince into perfect rounds

TIP3 Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest to help them keep their shape

And there you have it!  A fresh idea for beef burger patties.
