Honey Soy Barbecue Prawns
Preparation time: 15 Minutes Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
500g green (raw) king prawns , peeled, deveined, tails intact
1 pkt MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Honey Soy
1/2 cup (20g) coriander leaves
1/2 cup (20g) mint leaves
1 red chilli , seeded and chopped
1 cup (80g) bean sprouts
1/4 cup (60mL) lime juice
1 tbsp MAGGI Fish Sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup (20g) fried shallots
HOW TO MAKE
1. In a medium bowl combine prawns and MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Honey Soy; marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Meanwhile, combine coriander, mint, chilli and bean sprouts; set aside. In a small bowl combine juice, MAGGI Fish Sauce and brown sugar. Toss over salad just before serving.
3. Preheat barbecue or frying pan over medium heat. Cook prawns for 2 minutes each side or until cooked.
4. To serve, top prawns with dressed salad and garnish with fried shallots.
