Topped with creamy mashed potato, this salmon pie is the perfect winter-warming dish.

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC/160°C fan forced.
  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain and mash.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large jug, prepare both packets of Creamy White Sauce Mix with milk and water, according to directions on packet. Transfer to a 25 x 15cm baking dish.
  4. Spoon over potato and top with with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and golden.
