Satay Meatballs

Noodles make the perfect accompaniment to soak up the satay sauce from these tasty meatballs.

  1. Combine mince with egg, half the onion, half the spinach and 2 tsp of the Recipe Base; form mixture into meatballs.
  2. Heat frying pan over medium heat, add oil and meatballs, cook until golden brown. Add remaining onion, cook 2 minutes.
  3. Combine Recipe Base with remaining water and peanut butter, add to pan with remaining spinach. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with noodles
