Satay Beef Skewers with Cucumber Salad

These skewers are so quick and easy to make! Not only are they low fat and dairy free, they also taste great served with the cucumber salad!

  1. Place cumin and coriander in a bowl. Add steak, toss to coat, cover and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, place peanut butter, ginger, soy, MAGGI Sweet Chill Sauce and coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until combined. Cover and keep warm.
  3. Combine vinegar, sugar and water in a small bowl; stir until sugar disolves. Add cucumber, chilli and mint, stir to combine. Set aside.
  4. Thread steak onto prepared skewers. Heat a BBQ flat plate or large frying pan. Spray with oil. Cook for 2 -3 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve skewers with satay sauce and cucumber salad.
