Satay Beef Skewers with Cucumber Salad

These skewers are so quick and easy to make! Not only are they low fat and dairy free, they also taste great served with the cucumber salad!

  1. Place steak and MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Satay in a medium bowl; mix well, marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Meanwhile, combine vinegar, sugar and water in a small bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Add cucumber, chilli and mint; stir to combine. Set aside.
  3. Thread steak onto prepared skewers. Heat a barbecue flat plate or large frying pan on medium-high; spray with oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  4. Serve skewers with cucumber salad.
