1 pkt MAGGI Roast Chicken Gravy Mix

1 clove garlic , crushed

1 tsp grated ginger

grated rind and juice of 1 lemon

2 tsp oil

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground coriander

1/2 tsp ground cumin

500 g lean lamb steaks , diced

How to make

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 8 minutes

1. Combine MAGGI Roast Chicken Gravy Mix, garlic, ginger, oil, turmeric, cinnamon, coriander and cumin in a bowl; mix well, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

2. Thread meat onto 8 bamboo skewers; barbecue or grill skewers for 4 minutes on each side. Serve with salad.
