Ingredients

  • Serves: 4

500g beef mince

1 egg , lightly beaten

1 medium (150g) onion , finely chopped

250g pkt frozen spinach , thawed , drained

1 pkt (40g) MAGGI Satay Chicken Recipe Base

1 tbsp oil

1 cup (250mL) water

2 tbsp chunky peanut butter

Fresh hokkien noodles, cooked according to packet directions, to serve

How to make

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes

1. Combine mince with egg, half the onion, half the spinach and 2 tsp of the MAGGI Satay Chicken Recipe Base; form mixture into meatballs.

 2. Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat; add meatballs, cook until golden brown. Add remaining onion, cook 2 minutes; add remaining spinach and combined remaining MAGGI Satay Chicken Recipe Base, water and peanut butter, bring to the boil, simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Serve with noodles.
