1. Combine mince with egg, half the onion, half the spinach and 2 tsp of the MAGGI Satay Chicken Recipe Base; form mixture into meatballs.
2. Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat; add meatballs, cook until golden brown. Add remaining onion, cook 2 minutes; add remaining spinach and combined remaining MAGGI Satay Chicken Recipe Base, water and peanut butter, bring to the boil, simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Serve with noodles.
