1. Preheat oven to 180ºC/160°C fan forced. Grease a 25cm x 15cm baking dish.
2. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain and mash. Line base of casserole dish with half the potato.
3. Meanwhile, in a large jug, prepare both packets of MAGGI Creamy White Sauce Mix with milk and water, according to directions on packet. Transfer to a large bowl with salmon, eggs and parsley, mixing well to combine; spoon evenly over potato.
4. Top with remaining potato, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and golden.
