250g macaroni pasta

spray oil for cooking

250g lean minced beef

1 small (80g) onion , diced

2 pkts MAGGI Vegetable Sensations Cheesy Cauliflower Bake Recipe Mix

2 cups (500ml) water

1/2 cup (60g) grated light cheddar cheese

How to make

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 20 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease a 2L ovenproof dish. 

2. Cook pasta according to packet instructions, drain and set aside. 

3. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil, add beef and onion, cook for 3 minutes, stirring well; 

4. In a large bowl, combine both packets of MAGGI Vegetable Sensations Cheesy Cauliflower Bake Recipe Mix with water; add beef and macaroni, mixing well. Transfer to prepared dish, top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
