1. Coat lamb lightly with flour. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat; brown lamb. Add onions and potatoes, cook 2 minutes. Add garlic, cook 1 minute or until fragrant. .
2. Add combined MAGGI Lamb Ragout Recipe Base, water, mustard and tomato paste. Bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, and simmer covered 30 minutes.
3. Serve with steamed green vegetables.
