1. Place chicken in a large glass dish. Pour over MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Honey Soy, turn to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place chicken in a single layer on 1 tray and potato wedges on the other tray. Place chicken on top shelf, with potatoes underneath. Roast chicken and potatoes, turning once, for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden.
3. Serve chicken with shallots and wedges.
