Honey Soy Chicken Stirfry
A really flexible mid week meal - you can choose your favourite vegetables, or just use whatever you have on hand. And although it’s all cooked in one pan, it still leaves your veggies crisp and tasty.
- 500g chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 3 cups mixed chopped vegetables (e.g. zucchini, green beans, red capsicum, carrot & mushrooms)
- 440g shelf fresh thin hokkien noodles, gently separated
