Honey Mustard Chicken

In this classic winter favourite, the Dijon mustard and honey provide the perfect balance of flavour within the light creamy sauce. Now you can create this hearty dish by cooking everything in just one pan, including the potatoes.

Simply add...

  • 750g chicken breast, chopped or 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into 1cm thick slices
  • 3/4 cup (190mL) light cream
  • 3/4 cup (190mL) water
  • 2 carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped

How to make

  • Prep Time:15 minutes
  • Cooking Time:30 minutes
  • Serves:4

Spray large deep frying pan with oil, heat, add chicken, cook 3 minutes or until browned.

Add potatoes to pan, cook 3 minutes over high heat or until golden.

Add light cream, 3/4 cup (190mL) water, MAGGI One Pan Recipe Base and carrots to pan.

Bring to boil, cover, simmer 20 minutes add beans, cook further 5-10 minutes until potatoes are tender; stir occassionally and serve.
